The story goes...

It celebrates the intrepid Aéropostale pilots who risked life and limb to ensure postal services in the 1920s.

Tasting notes
Pale yellow colour with green highlights, sparkling and beautifully clear, evoking a lively, refreshing wine. On the nose, a generous sweetness emerges, dominated by aromas of pear and honeysuckle, gradually revealing a subtle floral freshness. On the palate, a supple, acidic attack gives way to a full, gourmand sensation in which citrus and grapefruit notes blend harmoniously with the white fruit and flowers on the nose.
