The story goes...

Our Collection of varietal wines capture the heart and soul of the magnificent diversity of “terroirs” present throughout the Languedoc. We use both tradition and innovation to express the true essence of the grape varietal.

Press and Awards

The Buyer (DK), February 2021, Collection Syrah 2019 “(…) vibrant, fresh, peppery, red-fruited expression of altitude Syrah. Polished, there’s subtle oak, but the sensual spice is fruit-driven.”
* vin très réussi. « Pourpre brillant à reflets violines, il dévoile un nez et caractéristiques de cassis et de violette. En bouche, une solide charpente soutient une matière ample. » *1 étoile Guide Hachette
Jancis Robinson - 17/20. "Vincent Chansault (the winemaker) is a big fan of the Rhône. Very good structure. Cool and sleek and very polished. Very, very fresh. Very un-Languedoc!”

Very deep colour, opaque. Black pepper, liquorice and spice. A full bodied wine, with layers of black fruits, pepper and moderate tannins. A fresh, clean, concentrated style more akin to the cooler examples from Northern Rhone.
