The story goes...
‘Chemin de Moscou’ remains the emblematic cuvée of Domaine Gayda. Selecting our finest cellared wines, we reveal in Chemin de Moscou the Domaine’s exceptional vineyards. But never satisfied, and always on the lookout for the quintessential expression of our terroirs, ‘Reflet’ was born from a selection of the best Grenache and Syrah, and only when the desired quality of the vintage permits.

Tasting notes
Intense red colour with purplish highlights. The nose opens with intense notes of black fruit, pepper, sweet spices and liquorice, followed by light notes of violet. The palate is seductive, rich and spicy. Intoxicating aromas of wild berry are underlined by a lovely freshness and salivating acidity on the finish. The tannins are present but mellowed by controlled, discreet ageing.

Vinification process
Low yielding vines – Hand picked – Hand graded selection – De-stemmed – Berry selection – Traditional vinification with 2 weeks post-fermentation maceration
