The “Challenge Millésime Bio 2013” awards a gold medal to our our Figure Libre Cabernet Franc 2011.
The award will be presented in January at the Millésime Bio trade show in Montpellier, the world’s largest trade fair for organic wines.
Millésime Bio was created in 1993 by a group of Languedoc-Roussillon winegrowers who were members of Sudvinbio, the interprofessional association of the region’s organic winegrowers, and who wanted to make their products and the characteristics of the new vintage better known to their buyers. 2013 marks the 20th anniversary of Millésime Bio: the event has grown, but the spirit of conviviality and equality remains.
The show takes place every year in January. In 2013, nearly 700 producers from Austria, Chile, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland and the USA will be on hand to showcase their products to buyers from all over the world.
