With a glass in hand or a pair of sneakers on their feet, there are at least six good reasons to stop off in the vineyards of the Hérault and Aude regions.
DOMAINE GAYDA (11) : table with a view
The estate’s restaurant has reopened! In an uncluttered setting, you can nibble on an aperitif basket, feast without fuss on beef tartare or pan-fried cuttlefish, or surf the freestyle menu. All prepared with fresh local produce. And you can admire the breathtaking panorama of the Pyrenees while uncorking some fine skittles. Vineyard tours, visits and tastings are also on the summer menu.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays.
