Rosé La Minuette Domaine Gayda: 60% Mourvèdre in the blend alongside Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault.
Stamped Pays d’Oc IGP, this pale-colored rosé brings with it a breath of fresh air. A wind in which luscious notes of summer fruit have crept in, enchanting you and already making you think of sunny days, in particular peach, which lingers pleasantly on the palate.
A light, gourmet wine that’s immediately appealing, and one that we’re already picturing, as summer approaches, taking pride of place on tables, in the midst of which we’ll have taken pleasure in arranging a few bouquets of roses in a nod to its name.
