The story goes...
The Flying Solo range flies in the face of convention, shunning international varieties in favour of the typical Mediterranean Grenache grape which forms its backbone, blended with Syrah, Viognier or Cinsault. It celebrates the intrepid ‘Aéropostale’ pilots who risked life and limb to ensure postal deliveries in the 1920s.

Tasting notes
Beautiful bright, pale yellow colour with silver reflections. An explosive nose of ripe apricot and white flowers that immediately remind us of the presence of Viognier. The nose also expresses notes of grapefruit and candied lemon, ending with a beautiful freshness. The palate is in perfect harmony with the nose, it alludes to subtle notes of yuzu, vine peach and bergamot.
