The story goes...

‘Figure Libre Freestyle’ is the name given to an ambitious range of wines designed to shake up conventions and break new ground for expressing the inherent style of Languedoc and Roussillon. Figure Libre Freestyle reflects a desire to think outside the box, desire to think outside the box, favouring freedom of choice in terms of blends, as it brings together grape varieties that would never have otherwise met in the same bottle.

Tasting notes

Sparkling pale yellow colour, revealing golden highlights that invite a tasting full of promise. Seductive aromas of ripe peach. A subtle freshness with notes of pepper, adding intriguing aromatic complexity. The first taste is round and warm, comforting like an embrace of ripe fruit. The flavours are fully expressed, creating an enveloping sensory experience. A discreet hint of acidity on the attack brings a welcome liveliness, balancing the roundness of the fruit. The finish is distinguished by an elegant salinity that leaves a deliciously salivating imprint on the palate.
