Background : This 2019 vintage from Domaine Gayda in AOP Pays d’Oc comes from the limestone terroir of La Livinière. Its pale color and floral bouquet are a tribute to the ” Minuette ” rosé variety, the first vine planted in Kenya in 1982 by Tim Ford, a rosé producer in Africa for 25 years.
