Each cuvée in this collection of four single-vineyard wines is a unique representation of the heart and soul of the remarkable vineyards that this dynamic Aude estate cultivates with passion.
About Domaine Gayda:
In the Aude village of Brugairolles, a stone’s throw from Carcassonne, Domaine Gayda has forged a solid reputation since its creation in 2003. The trio behind this formidable epic are Tim Ford, Anthony Record and Vincent Chansault. In 2004, they built a modern winery to produce quality wines. The first vintages were released in 2005, and have been a hit with the public. Today, the estate is known and recognized for its pioneering spirit, both in its approach to viticulture and in its dedication to producing cuvées that are both singular and authentic, capable of revealing the intrinsic typicity of the four terroirs that make up its remarkable vineyard.

The Gayda-Sphere range invites wine lovers to embark on an immersive journey that explores everything that makes up Domaine Gayda: its atmosphere, its ecosphere, its biosphere. “Our ambition is to convey the spirit of Domaine Gayda through every bottle in this new range,” says Vincent Chansault, the Domaine’s talented winemaker.
