Syrah de Gayda-Sphère du Domaine Gayda – IGP Pays d’Oc

A slightly wild Syrah. A sort of Manon des sources bachiques, with notes of garrigue, violets and black berries, all aromas that must have been brought to it by the limestone terroirs of La Livinière, this fine Minervois cru. A hint of mineral harshness from the Roussillon schist terroirs, from which it also comes, reinforces its singular character and makes it endearing as a simple wine from good friends.
