Rosé can be drunk all year round, but the summer months offer the perfect setting and temperature to boost consumption. To prepare for the arrival of summer, we took a closer look at some of the thousands of rosés available on the French market. From thirst-quenching rosés to gourmet rosés, still rosés to bubbly rosés, we’ve put together a selection of well-crafted wines that are sure to please.

) Its“Minuette“, a fine, pale rosé blend, was born in La Livinière and named after a rose planted in Kenya in 1982 by Tim Ford, the creator of Domaine Gayda. Tim grew his roses for 25 years in Kenya, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe before moving to the Languedoc, changing jobs and founding the estate.
