The pale raspberry color with violet highlights captivates with its delicate brilliance. The nose, juicy and luscious, reveals aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, and wild strawberry. Upon aeration, a subtle hint of garrigue brings a charming Mediterranean freshness. On the palate, the attack is fresh and supple, giving way to a generous mid-palate reminiscent of a basket of freshly picked wild berries. The savory finish prolongs the tasting experience with freshness. It is enhanced by subtle notes of cocoa.
Grenache: Half vinified as whole bunches, half destemmed. Mourvèdre: Vinified as whole bunches. Fermentations without SO2 at low temperature using infusion.
Grenache: Roussillon (Schist) & Minervois (Calcareous marl) - Mourvèdre: Roussillon (Limestone with clay)
