The story goes...
T’Air d’Oc is our tribute to the Languedoc, our beautiful region bathed in warm, Mediterranean sunshine; the rolling hills, the garrigue, the majestic Pyrenees…but never forget the winds! Blowing from East or West; these winds shape the trees and rocks, carving out the character of the landscape and leaving us with all that is familiar.
Press and Awards
Wine Spectator. “Firm with well focused white pepper, graphite and dark plum flavors. The spicy finish features hints of raspberry and vanilla bean.”

Tasting notes
The colour is intense and deep with purple hues. The nose is rich and powerful, with a beautiful complexity, yet fresh with a great finesse. Black fruit and blackcurrant liqueur notes mingle with hints of leather and cocoa. The palate is a pure expression of the essence of Syrah, with blackcurrant and liquorice aromas, but also a palate that is slightly lifted by black pepper aromas.
